For Skincare & Hair-care products, WE DO NOT offer any REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE.

Damaged Products During Logistics 

Damaged products due to transportation may be returned to OdaraNaturals after contacting odaranaturalsco@gmail.com within 5 days from the date item is delivered Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Returned Shipments:
If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or an undeliverable address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
This is because the carrier charges us to return the package back to our facility.
To have your order re-shipped, a redelivery fee will be required.

Complaints are only received and solved through our official email addresses @ odaranauralsco@gmail.com and NOT via social media.

Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted an exchange – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
All samples are nonrefundable, returnable and exchangeable.

 

 Cancellation Policy. 

Canceling An Order

You may request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.

There is a cancellation fee of 3% of total purchase of the payment processing charges will apply. Since the payment processing companies DO NOT offer refund on transactions processed.

Once an order leaves our facility it has not been packed or staged for shipping, cancellation CANNOT be done.
